What we are
ForgeGate is a US-based independent retailer focused on outdoor power, shop and vehicle heat, pressure washing, drain and plumbing tools, and light commercial kitchen equipment. When you check out on fg.nextai.pub, ForgeGate is the seller of record: our order IDs, our support queue, our RMA process.
What we are not

How pricing works (“factory-gate”)
We source through factory and authorized wholesale channels and present dealer-style pricing with specs you can verify on the page. That is not a guarantee we are always the lowest bid on the internet—it means you are not paying retail theater for the same class of tool. Compare by bar length, kW, PSI/GPM, quarts, cable diameter, then confirm ship window and checkout.
How we fulfill orders
- You order on ForgeGate — cart and checkout create a ForgeGate order ID.
- We route fulfillment — either a faster Quick ship US hub path or a Standard ship US network path. The badge is printed on every product page.
- Carrier tracking posts on scan — multi-line orders can split; the confirmation email carries the details.
