Is ForgeGate a manufacturer store?
No. ForgeGate is an independent US retailer and dealer. We source factory-channel lines and sell them under our checkout and support—not as an OEM flagship website.
Where do orders ship from?
Orders fulfill through our US hub and vetted US fulfillment network. Each product page shows a typical business-day ship window for that inventory path.
How do returns work?
See the Returns policy. Unused items in original packaging may qualify within the stated window; heavy freight items may require photos and an RMA before pickup.
Do you price-match marketplaces?
We focus on total landed value: verified specs, support access, and transparent ETAs. Contact support with a link if you need a quote on a multi-unit order.
Can I get a quote for multiple units?
Yes. Use the quote/callback link on any product page or email hello@fg.nextai.pub with SKUs and quantities.
What payment methods are coming?
Card checkout (Stripe) is on the roadmap. MVP checkout captures the order for ops fulfillment while payments are finalized.
