We want the right tool in the right hands. If something is wrong on arrival or you ordered the incorrect capacity class, contact us before you ship anything back.

Standard window

Unused items in original packaging may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Opened consumables, cut cable, and special-order configurations may be final sale.

RMA required

Email hello@fg.nextai.pub for a Return Merchandise Authorization. Returns without an RMA may be refused or delayed.

Freight & heavy equipment

• Photograph packaging and product on delivery if you see damage—same-day notes help claims.
• Do not refuse a shipment without photos unless the carrier instructs otherwise.
• Return freight may be deducted unless the error or damage is on us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, refunds go to the original payment method. Processing time depends on carrier scan-in and payment rail.
